Former Liverpool Star Sadio Mane, 32, and His Teenage Wife Celebrate Their Baby's Baptism

Former Liverpool star Sadio Mane and his teenage wife, Aisha Tamba, have celebrated a significant milestone in their lives - the baptism of their newborn daughter, Animata, according to Daily Mail. The ceremony took place in Senegal's capital city, Dakar, and was attended by close family members and friends.

Mane, 32, and Tamba, 19, tied the knot in January 2024, and welcomed their first child together earlier this month. The couple's age gap has been the subject of much attention, with Mane being 13 years older than his wife.

Despite the scrutiny, the couple seems to be enjoying every moment of their new life together. The baptism ceremony was a joyous occasion, with family members dancing and clapping as they celebrated Animata's special day.

Mane's uncle, Ibrahima Toure, made a heartfelt statement during the ceremony, paying tribute to the former Liverpool star and his family. The ceremony was also attended by Tamba's parents, who made a grand arrival in traditional attire.

Mane has been open about his desire to start a family with Tamba, revealing in an interview earlier this year that he would like to have three or four children. The former Liverpool star has also been sharing his experiences as a new father on social media, dedicating his recent goal for Al-Nassr to his baby daughter.
