A suspected internet fraudster, popularly known as a “Yahoo boy,” has stirred controversy online after reportedly naming his newborn daughter after all the clients he defrauded.

The shocking revelation surfaced in a post shared on X (formerly Twitter) by user @ChuksEricE, which included a video capturing the moment of the naming ceremony held in what appears to be a church.

In the video, a man believed to be a pastor is seen officiating the ceremony, while the caption explains that the child’s father deliberately chose names of individuals he scammed for his daughter.

The bizarre act quickly went viral, triggering widespread condemnation from social media users who flooded the comment section with expressions of shock and disapproval.
