Selena Gomez’s fiancé Benny Blanco sparks outrage after showing off $200 box of blueberries on TikTok

 

Music producer Benny Blanco, who is engaged to pop superstar Selena Gomez, has left social media users fuming after posting a video of himself eating a luxury box of blueberries that cost a staggering $200.

 

According to Daily Mail, the 37-year-old proudly unboxed the sleek black package, which had each berry placed in its own compartment, and told fans: “These blueberries they just sent me are the biggest things I've seen in the world. It’s like a meal. They are delicious. I think the boxes are like $200.”

 

But while Blanco was excited, fans were not impressed. Many blasted him for flaunting luxury fruit amid a global cost-of-living crisis.

 

One person wrote: “Sir, we’re not rich enough to relate to this.” Another added: “Meanwhile I can’t even afford regular fruit.”

 

Others compared the clip to dystopian fiction, joking: “It’s giving Hunger Games.”

 

A few people defended Blanco, reminding critics of his success. “He earned his money and can spend it however he wants,” one fan argued.
