The Abacha family has been thrown into joy following the arrival of a new baby, as Mustapha Sani Abacha and his wife, Safa’a, welcomed a child in the hospital.
According to a media post by Hajiya Gumsu Sani Abacha on Tuesday, 13 January 2026, the daughter of late former President Muhammadu Sani Abacha celebrated her brother, Mustapha Sani Abacha, following the safe delivery of his wife, Safa’a, who welcomed a baby.
Gumsu congratulated her brother and his wife on the arrival of their bundle of joy, expressing gratitude to Almighty Allah for a successful delivery and for blessing the family with a new addition.
She shared a photo moment featuring herself, her sister Huda Fadoul Abacha, and their newborn niece, describing the moment as one filled with happiness, love, and thanksgiving.
Gumsu also offered prayers for Mustapha and his wife, asking Allah to bless the baby with good health, wisdom, and righteousness.
