Nigerian streamer and TikTok sensation Habeeb Hamzat, popular known as Peller has withdrawn from Caleb University just days after resuming academic activities, citing exhaustion and dissatisfaction with the classroom experience.
The decision was revealed in a viral voice note that has since generated widespread reactions across social media platforms. Peller, who recently announced plans to study law at the institution, expressed frustration over spending long hours in lectures without any financial reward.
In the recording, the young entertainer said sitting in class for up to seven hours felt draining and unproductive, adding that the traditional academic system no longer aligns with his current lifestyle and priorities.
He described himself as mentally exhausted and uninterested in continuing under such conditions.
Peller also gave a surprising reason for his sudden exit, claiming he felt out of place among his classmates, whom he described as much older.
He jokingly suggested that he might consider returning to school when he is older, possibly in his 30s or 40s.
The streamer vowed never to return to the institution, stressing his need for a complete break from academic life. However, he did not clarify whether he had formally withdrawn from the university or simply stopped attending lectures.
