Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote, has taken a major step to secure the future of his huge business empire. He has appointed his three daughters Halima, Fatima, and Mariya to key executive director positions in the Dangote Group.

- Fatima Aliko Dangote leads commercial operations in oil and gas, covering the massive refinery, petrochemicals, and related areas.
- Mariya Aliko Dangote takes charge of commercial strategy for cement and foods, pushing for bigger markets and better efficiency.
The appointments come as part of a clear plan by Dangote Group to hit $100 billion in value by 2030 while keeping strong family leadership and accelerates expansion of the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals.
