A woman from Muranga has shared an emotional story of betrayal, pain and unexpected restoration.

According To NewsVista Reporter, Lilian met her former husband while in college and after family blessings they built a happy home. 

They welcomed their first child and life was peaceful. Trouble began when her younger sister who was still in college started visiting frequently and receiving financial support from the couple.

Lilian later discovered messages on her husband phone showing he was secretly sending her sister money. When confronted, the sister responded rudely and refused to return home despite family intervention. At the time, Lilian was pregnant with her second child and unemployed.

Soon after, her husband left and moved in with her sister, abandoning Lilian and their children. She says the pain and rejection nearly broke her. Through prayer and fasting, her story reached kind hearted people locally and abroad who supported her financially.

A year later, she met a supportive friend from the United States who later married her and embraced her children fully. Lilian now encourages others not to lose hope.
