Ebunoluwa Edafe, the wife of actor Olu Olowogemo, has shared details of a personal experience involving a message she discovered on her husband’s phone.
Speaking during an interview on the Talk to B podcast, the Nollywood actress recounted that the message was sent by her husband’s former wife, who was seeking reconciliation. According to Edafe, the communication was not related to co-parenting or their shared child but was instead a personal appeal expressing regret and a desire to rekindle the relationship.
She explained that the message contained an apology for past actions, alongside a request for another chance. The situation, she noted, was handled promptly and decisively by her husband once it came to light.
Edafe emphasized that her husband chose not to engage with the request and instead took immediate action to establish clear boundaries. She added that although there have been occasional attempts by the former spouse to send unrelated messages, those efforts have not been entertained.
In her words, “There have been times when she sends him random messages that have nothing to do with their child. I remember seeing one where she was apologizing for what she did and saying she wanted to come back. I saw it myself. But like I said, my husband acted immediately and blocked her.”
The actress’ account highlights the importance of setting boundaries in relationships, particularly when past connections resurface in ways that may disrupt present commitments.
