"I've driven a car for 2 months without fuel, my daughter used cylinder 3 months without gas" — Pastor recounts miracles

A trending video featuring a pastor claiming to have operated vehicles and cooking gas without fuel has sparked widespread debate on social media, with users divided over faith, economics, and credibility.

The video, which circulated widely on X, shows the pastor making extraordinary claims about divine intervention sustaining a car and a gas cylinder without fuel.

He insisted that miracles are still active and said many of his testimonies are withheld because people tend to question them.

Miracle Claims Spark Online Debate

In the viral clip, the pastor said he drove a car for two months without fuel, adding that people often question how such events are possible.

He also claimed a gas cylinder was used for three months without refilling after he prayed over it.

According to him, such experiences demonstrate that “God still performs miracles” and that “things are happening” beyond human understanding.

Social Media Users React Strongly

The video triggered mixed reactions online, with many users questioning the claims while others criticised the broader message.

NanNelo wrote: “Two months without buying fuel? Either that car is an electric vehicle or that testimony is a PR stunt. In 2026, Nigeria, telling people that ‘God’ is bypassing the gas station for you while they are suffering, is the peak of the disconnect. We don’t need ‘magic’ cars; we need a functional economy where fuel is affordable for everyone.”

Storytelling wrote: “Like I’ve said before, “thanks to Nigerian churches, we can no longer differentiate between testimonies and comedy skits”.”

Hon. Uche wrote: “See how manipulative that Th!ef is, he has already said people will ask how can this happen, because he knows his members are asking that already in their mind. Bunch of thieves.”

Valentine wrote: “What kind of mentality do we have in this Africa. Look how people were comfortably sitting and listening to this clown. You drove car without fuel for 2 month, I don’t blame you, I blame the government for making us believe God will solve all our problems.”
