Real Madrid are edging closer to securing the signature of Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez, with reports from Spain suggesting personal terms have already been agreed between the player and the Spanish giants as reported by TeamTalk on Wednesday June 3, 2026.
Despite a turbulent season at Stamford Bridge, the Argentine World Cup winner remained one of Chelsea's standout performers during a largely disappointing 2025/26 campaign.
However, a series of off-field controversies have put his future at the club in serious doubt, with a summer departure now looking increasingly likely.
Spanish reporter Miguel Serrano revealed on his YouTube channel that an agreement has been reached on a personal level, stating that Real Madrid have already aligned with Fernandez, his representative Javier Pastore, and the club itself over a potential move following the World Cup.
Serrano stated: "That agreement doesn't mean he's definitely going to play for Real Madrid; it depends on whether the negotiations between Real Madrid and Chelsea are successful."
