Midfield maestro Rodri was named the tournament’s Golden Ball winner after inspiring Spain to their second World Cup title. The Manchester City star featured in all eight matches, orchestrating Spain’s midfield as La Roja became the first team to win the World Cup while conceding just one goal throughout the tournament.

Despite France finishing fourth after losing to England in the third-place playoff, Kylian Mbappé claimed the Golden Boot with 10 goals in eight appearances.

Spain’s Unai Simón received the Golden Glove after keeping seven clean sheets in eight matches, while teenage defender Pau Cubarsí was crowned the Best Young Player of the tournament.
