Dignitaries storm Ijebu-Ode as Awujale Oba Adetona is buried (Photos)

 Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, was the focal point of a solemn gathering on Monday, as prominent Nigerian leaders attended the burial of the Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona.

The revered traditional ruler was laid to rest in a ceremony that drew notable figures, including Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, former Vice President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, former Ogun State Governor Aremo Olusegun Osoba, Senator Gbenga Daniel, and Chairman of Odu’a Investment Company Limited, Otunba Bimbo Ashiru.

The burial service, held in Ijebu-Ode, marked a moment of reflection and tribute to the late Awujale, a respected monarch known for his significant contributions to the cultural and socio-economic development of Ijebuland and Nigeria at large

Governor Sanwo-Olu, Prof. Osinbajo, and other dignitaries were photographed together, paying their respects during the ceremony.
