Nollywood actress and evangelist Tonto Dikeh has cautioned Nigerians against harboring negative misconceptions about wealthy individuals, stating that financial success can be achieved through genuine hard work and dedication.
Speaking during a recent ministration, Dikeh challenged the widely held social stereotypes that often link wealth to illicit or immoral practices. She emphasized that not every successful man is involved in money rituals, and not every wealthy woman trades sexual favors for financial gain.
"Not every rich man is a ritualist, and not every rich woman sleeps with men," Dikeh stated. “Some people have worked hard for years before their efforts finally paid off.”
The actress urged the public to recognize the long-term efforts that many successful individuals invest before achieving financial breakthroughs. She noted that while some people may indeed acquire riches through questionable means, it is unfair to generalize or dismiss the legitimate success of others.
According to Dikeh, many affluent individuals have endured years of sacrifices, intense struggles, and unwavering commitment to build their businesses and careers. She encouraged the public to reshape their mindsets and understand that patience, perseverance, and honest labor remain viable paths to financial stability.
